Lewis Wagner Welcomes Three New Attorneys

Lewis Wagner is pleased to welcome three new attorneys to the firm.

John DeRoss is an associate with Lewis Wagner’s Litigation Group, focusing his practice on personal injury defense, premises liability defense, insurance defense, and general litigation. John earned his J.D. from the I.U. Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He has prior experience as a staff attorney and Judge Pro Tempore in Hamilton County Superior Court 1. He has also represented the state of Indiana’s interests in cases involving child abuse and neglect for the Indiana Department of Child Services.

Asia Ellis joins Lewis Wagner’s Transportation Group after completing a summer clerkship at the firm and focuses her practice on defending clients in transportation and personal injury litigation. Asia earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law where she served as a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and Black Law Student Association Trial Team.

Macie Hinen is an assocate in Lewis Wagner’s Transportation Group and is involved in the defense of commercial carriers, drivers, and property owners in personal injury disputes. During law school, Macie gained extensive experience working as a legal intern and law clerk at various law firms and the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. She earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
