Lewis Wagner, LLP Elects Five New Partners

Lewis Wagner is proud to announce the elevation of five associate attorneys to the role of partner.

Matthew C. Boldt practices estate and business law and serves as the Chair of Lewis Wagner’s Estate Planning and Probate Disputes practice group.  He serves clients in simple and complex estate planning, estate and trust administration, and probate litigation.  Matt’s business practice includes complex business transactions, business succession planning, commercial financing and real estate acquisitions.

An attorney in the litigation practice group, Michael R. Giordano is focused on insurance coverage defense and bad-faith litigation. Michael evaluates first- and third-party insurance claims in order to assist insurers in resolving coverage-related matters in a prompt and efficient manner. He also defends insurers against bad-faith claims arising under both personal lines and commercial lines policies.

Kristen D. Krywulycz is an attorney in the Business Services and Commercial Transactions practice group. Kristen represents individuals and businesses in a variety of areas, including business transactions, intellectual property rights, commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, leasing, and financing.

Molly E. Lee concentrates her practice defending litigation matters, including premises liability defense, insurance defense and personal injury defense. Prior to joining Lewis Wagner, Molly represented individuals, businesses, and state agencies in a variety of areas, including wrongful death, construction design defect, automobile negligence, property damage, and defamation claims.

Barath S. Raman‘s practice area includes the defense of personal injury, product liability, construction accident and defect, and environmental insurance coverage litigation cases.  Before law school, utilizing his B.S. from Purdue University in Construction Engineering, Barath worked as a Field Engineer for Mass Electric Construction Company.
